It's All Chinese is a Manchester-based educational, training and translation company specialising in everything Chinese. 

We deliver fun, interactive Mandarin language classes to adults and children all over the North West; we run highly successful school workshops in both primary and secondary schools; and we provide a range of organisations with the highest quality Chinese to English translations, business culture consultancy services, and language training in both Mandarin and English.

We work on the premise that intercultural understanding and foreign language skills are among the most important requirements for the global citizens of today; and that now, more than ever, Asian languages demand our attention.  We believe that promoting mutual respect and understanding through language is essential to build and sustain the most successful professional, personal and international relationships - now and for the future.

It's All Chinese is run by Charlotte Foster (BA Hons, PGCE) - a Chinese graduate, professional translator, and fully qualified teacher with additional training in the teaching of second languages.

Charlotte has implemented a teaching philosophy based on many years' experience of language teaching and learning in England, China and Taiwan.  It is her firm belief that language learning should be exciting, inspiring and attainable for all, and that every learner should be able to measure their progress and enjoy their success.  Only then will they have the confidence to use and extend their new communication skills in different situations.

Perhaps the most unique aspect of the It's All Chinese methodology is the understanding that beginner language learners can often make better progress with a qualified and passionate non-native speaker of the target language than with a native speaker.  We believe that the majority of language students benefit from a teacher who can explain the nuances of an unfamiliar language in the learner's own mother tongue, and who can make the links that the learner can relate to.  This point is never clearer than when learning Chinese - a language which seems so mysterious, and which has earned a reputation for difficulty.  We are here to alleviate concerns, and prove that Chinese can be mastered.
